Michael P. Sealy is a Dallas-based commercial real estate executive and Director of Corporate Strategy at Sealy & Company. With more than two decades of experience across multiple areas of the real estate business, he brings a comprehensive perspective to strategic planning, capital alignment, and organizational growth. Originally from Shreveport, Louisiana, Michael grew up in a family shaped by strong values, hard work, and community involvement. His father, Scott Sealy Sr., has been a respected figure in the real estate industry for more than 60 years, providing Michael with early exposure to the commercial real estate world. Michael graduated from Loyola College Prep in 1995, where he was active in sports and played on the state runner-up varsity football team. He later attended Southern Methodist University, graduating in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Anthropology. He began his professional career with Colliers International as a leasing broker, gaining experience in deal execution, market analysis, and client relationships. In late 2000, he joined Sealy & Company, where he has held a wide range of leadership and operational roles, including Construction Manager, Analyst, Development Manager, Vice President of Capital Markets, Chief Capital Markets Officer, and Director of Corporate Strategy. This progression has given Michael experience across the major functions of a full-service commercial real estate platform, including construction, ground-up development, capital markets, investment analysis, and strategic planning. In his current role, he supports long-term initiatives by helping evaluate strategic opportunities, assess capital alignment, and coordinate cross-functional planning across the organization. Outside of work, Michael is deeply involved in wildlife conservation, outdoor recreation, and community service. His interests include hunting, fishing, sporting clays, farming for wildlife and waterfowl, traveling, and cooking. He is also involved with several community and civic organizations, including the Salesmanship Club of Dallas, the Momentous Institute, Highland Park United Methodist Church, and SMU Life After Ball.
